Well as some of you have already known, for the past year I've been living in Houston and I've gathered a few more experiences that I would like to bitch about. Now don't get me wrong I loved living in the US, it was a lot of fun and I met some really great people and made a lot of amazing friends. Not to mention all the different types of food I tried. I would also like to make a note that I bitch about everything and not just the US, but I like to bitch about things that everybody has experienced in order for it to be funny.
Well during my stay in Houston I bumped into all sorts of funny questions or comments people would say. Like for instance:
"You're Mexican?"
"I bet you don't want to go back"
"How come you're so white?"
and so on...

I also like to think of my stay here as showing people the truth about Mexico and that it is not as bad as they think.

One of the things that ticked me off though was the fact that people call this country "America". While I was working in the Emergency Room one of the nurses answered a phone call and the person calling was speaking in spanish, and the nurse says "this is America... We speak english here". That really pissed me off. Now on a side note it also pisses me off that there are people that have been living in the US for many years and THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH. I mean WHAT THE HELL!!! I'm not even a US citizen and I know how to speak english. And not just that NOOOO, they demand for people to speak their language. That's stupid
Anywho... So the nurse says "this is America"... Well last time I checked America is a fucking CONTINENT not a country. And wait wait it get's better.... IT'S TWO CONTINENTS... NORTH America and SOUTH America.
Here's another thing that pisses me off... Where do people get the idea that Mexico is part of SOUTH America!!!! HAVE THEY EVER HEARD OF THE FUCKING EQUATOR!!!
And no ladies and gentlemen THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CENTRAL AMERICA!!!
So even though this may be a little shocking because we may not be a first world county... We are still part of North America.

So think twice before you say "American citizen" because that's not very specific.

Pointless Controversial Issue #1

So here we have it. Finally a pointless issue to argue about. Some would argue the outcome of all our past arguments to be pointless but let me tell you shmucks a little something about how i feel about what you think b/c I have "seriously lost sleep over your judgments".

Who am I kidding. No I didn't.

Pointless Controversial Issue#1:
Face book VS. Myspace



FACE BOOK.
Pros:

• Privacy and Security -- Possibly a little overboard but i like it anyway
  
• Applications
• Photos -- Much Much MUCH better photo uploading Utility
  
• Event -- I believe My space has added this ability but I like it
  
• Notifications -- The Myspace Notifications are jicky
  
• Networks -- Hmm dont know what to say
  
• Cleaner Web page -- IFFFF people dont add 103409810198 applications
  

Cons:

• Annoying Application Events: ENTIRELY way to may things on the page. Facebook has so many applications it is flirting with cluttered.
  
• Anyone can join: --People start advertising crap in a place i dont want to see advertisements and it turns into myspace
  
• Pictures of People Drinking -- Possible Job Searchs and finds a picture of me drinking ahh
  
• The Wall -- I never understood why this is so popular. Why would I want to post something for all of that persons friends to read as well? I always use messages more b/c usually my intention is that the person i sent it to reads it. Not billy bob and Ted. I am not saying that i care if billy bob and ted read it. I just dont know why they would.
  

MYSPACE
Pros:

• Changing Your Layout -- Not a plus for me but i agree its a plus
  
• Music My space -- Neat I like that my space does this for bands and such
  
• Blogs -- I like this. Wish more would use it including myself.
  

Cons:

• Top Friends -- 3 letters g a y
  
• Annoying Bulletins -- Stuipd surveys all the time
  
• Random Friends -- Im tired of ho's trying to add me to myspace
  
• Hacked Accounts -- Why does myspace not fix this already
• Adding Songs -- I like the idea i just with it let me control if i wanted to hear somebodies crap music. Or if i could lower the volume
