Interesting Fact....
In a new poll only 26% of Catholics asked said that it was never okay to torture. That is less than the general public and much less than protestants. I think its time for a speech from the Pope.

although the catholic church is not a democracy, it is slightly disturbing about the number of catholics that approve of torture
are u really that surprised. Hello?? inquisition ??...jejej but seriously.
i'm not that surprised. of the other religions that we were compared against we are known for being the less forgiving. it just seems like the catholic church along with it's followers is more of a rigid and archaic institution, one that
beleives more in paying for you traspasses. as long as the traspasses don't harm the integrity of the church in which case it forgive and FORGET or in the cases of certain priests it's forgive and transfer.

true, but all of those archaic beliefs were supposed to have been thrown out the window with Vatican II: electric boogaloo. ah I miss JP the second. At least he wasn't a Nazi. heh, I just realized we went from a polish guy to a Nazi, the irony.
