Contraversial Issue

Today, John Stossel, a conservative asshole who reports for 20/20, did one of his famous "Give me a break" stories about equal pay for women. He was talking about how women don't get equal pay because they take different jobs than men. So any argument about how women get lesser pay for the same work is worthless. Is it me or is this guy a dumbass? The equal pay argument is about jobs. The problem isn't about women earning less than men as a whole. Its about women and men earning different pay for the same jobs. If you look at this table you see how women in the same jobs as men earn less pay.

So its retarded to argue about the equal pay thing. Are you retarded? Then stop arguing.

P.S. When I first started writing this post, I was going to mention this story and talk about how interesting it was. Then I did some research and found the table. This is why you don't just watch television.

P.P.S. One retarded thing that the table does for some reason is lump engineer, architects, and surveyors together. I don't know why they did this. So please ignore that statistic. So as far as I know men and women in Engineering make the same thing until they fix this. I don't see them doing anything else like this.
